About the book

Cook with AI, not just collect recipes

This is not a cookbook. It’s a guided series of short sessions you can use in your own kitchen. Each session includes a concept, a practice, and space for reflection.

Before typing anything into AI, write your prompt in the “My Prompt” section. Putting it on paper first makes you look in the fridge, think about who you’re feeding, and say what you need.

AI is a helper, not the cook. You taste, you decide, and you check anything that matters for safety.

Through ten short sessions, you’ll learn to:

  • Start from what you have
  • Find new favorites
  • Plan ahead
  • Scale and swap with care
  • Fix what goes wrong
  • Check what matters for safety
  • Let the season and your own area shape the menu
  • Cook together
